Registration Information

Retreat Times and Dates
The retreat begins on Wednesday, November 5, with dinner at 6:00 pm (evening session at 7:30) and the retreat ends on Sunday, November 9, after the 1:00 lunch.

Registration Options
You may either register on-line and pay through PayPal (added service charge) or mail in the registration form with your check payment. You will find the complete instructions on both the Online & Mail In Registration links.

Acrobat Reader
To fill in the "writable" Mail In Registration form, Acrobat Reader will be needed. You can download, type into, print out, and re-save as a PDF. When printing, you may want to follow instructions to print as gray and black.

Individual Registration Form
Each person needs to fill out his/her own registration form to ensure exact meal counts.
