Registration Information

Campers may arrive after 2pm on Friday, May 22nd. We will be sheltered in group cabins at Rising Sun camp in Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Missouri outside Osage Beach. The "overflow camp" is Red Bud, a short drive away. Meals are served at Rising Sun in a communal dining hall. Facilities are handicap-accessible.

Rising Sun accommodations are comfortable 18-person cabins with showers and restrooms. Red Bud has four and six bunk cabins and centrally located bathhouses. There will be a designated area of Young Adults at Red Bud although they are also welcome to stay in cabins at Rising Sun.

Reservations:
Registration begins March 1.
Space is limited, register early. To reserve a space at camp, a $100 minimum deposit per adult must be sent with your registration form. The balance owed should be sent in by Friday May 1st.

Camp fees are only discounted for registering and paying early.

Online Registration :
Please help up save resources by registering online where you can pay via credit card using PayPal. Registrants do not have to register with PayPal to use this option.

Please do not mail registration form after May 15; bring it with you to camp. However, you must call the registrar or register online to let them know you are coming.

The Younger Set: Teens and children must be accompanied by a sponsoring Adult. Kids Camp is for children age 5 and up.

Karma Yoga Requirements: Sign up for 2 camp tasks as you check in at the dining hall. For those who choose not to participate in this sacred communal opportunity, there is an additional fee of $20 per day or $100 for the camp, payable with registration form.

Bazaar Vendors: Check in with the registrar upon arrival. Vendors are expected to tithe 10% of total sales back to the camp.

Cabin Requests We always attempt to meet your cabin request (family, couples, women, men, easy access (co-ed), Red Bud and Red Bud-young adult) as listed on your registration form.

Tent Camping
Tent camping is not permitted within group camps by park ranger regulations. Exceptions were made in the past due to Pin Oak unavailability but now we have Red Bud as our overflow camp. If you want to tent, plan to reserve a campsite with the State Park and we will discount your camp fees to reimburse your the cost of the campground fee. Contact Gayan about this ASAP for details.
